    This 4-week virtual class is designed to help actors at all career stages improve their skills and fall in love (or at least like) with the self-tape audition process. There are no prerequisites, but participants will need access to stable internet connection, a recording device with audio capabilites, and a self-tape area that allows for movement.

    “Filmmaking + Content Creation 1” is a comprehensive six-week course designed for aspiring filmmakers and content creators who are passionate about comedy. This course provides hands-on experience in the entire filmmaking process, from developing an idea to showcasing a final project. Students will learn how to leverage filmmaking to enhance their comedic content, gaining insights into the latest trends and techniques in the industry.

    If NYC is about the bright lights of Broadway, Chicago is about improv & stagecraft, but LA is about soundstages & on-location shoots with pre established parameters. We need to strengthen our foundational skills for environments often found in scripted programming. Enter, Context Specific Improvisation (or CSI): a unique approach to improvisation for intermediate to advanced actors/improvisers, centralized around on-camera scenarios, grounded acting and giving bold simple gifts to slowly build the scene to a final blow.
